What is ArtisiaToken

ArtisiaToken is a Unifying Currency, Backed by a Collection of Valuable and Esteemed Art.

If a more technical definition is needed, ArtisiaToken leverages the use of blockchain to tokenize an art collection. These pieces of artwork will then be displayed in multiple locations internationally, for the enjoyment of the public.

This new cryptocurrency “ARTZ”, with the support of an exclusive network, started as a payment token and it is developing into a security token, which allows art owners and investors access to a socially implicated cryptocurrency that promotes equality by acquiring esteemed and valuable art. In addition, Artisia dedicates itself to supporting charities and other organizations that make a positive impact to many social aspects.

Blockchain network

Art collection

Artisia leverages the blockchain network to create the most important art collection owned by the largest collective community. This exclusive group cares not only about procuring and sharing art, but also believes in founding a network of investors that act for a higher purpose.

Artisia has created a new asset class on the blockchain that empowers and supports diverse social undertakings, such as, but not limited to: artistic, ecological, and charitable. 3% of each transaction is donated to the Artisia Charity Fund, that supports creative minds and their world changing programs.

HOW IT WORKS

ArtisiaToken process

To reach the desired, fully operational cycle of ArtisiaToken, the process is divided into two simple implementations.

Phase One

icon
1

Art owners sell their art to Artisia, in exchange for a fair market value paid with ARTZ.

icon
2

Artisia buys and gathers a diverse international collection of art, now fractionalized and tokenized with ARTZ.

icon
3

Verified art lovers, philanthropists, and investors, acquire
ARTZ.

icon
4

ARTZ enters into exchange platforms and starts a digital artistic financial ecosystem.

Phase Two

5

ArtisiaToken scouts will open several locations worldwide. Each of these locations will exhibit part of the ArtisiaToken Art collection. The collection will rotate regularly to ensure that ARTZ holders have the opportunity to admire the different artwork, regardless of their location.

6

Owners of ARTZ have the option to begin trading or redeeming their tokens.

7

Each transaction will generate a 3% donation that will be allocated to help fund social impact projects around the world.

Fractionalized ownership can be an entry point for buyers wanting to invest in both art and crypto industries. 51% of art buyers surveyed under the age of 30 said they would consider fractionalized ownership of art as a form of investment. 43% of new art buyers (those who have been collecting art for less than three years) also showed an appetite for fractionalized art ownership.

ART PATRONS

Generation - Next

When everyone is working individually to build one’s own collection, the potential benefits are smaller, and the risks are higher, compared to a collective of investors working together for the benefit of all.

We believe art collecting should be available to anyone regardless of their financial status. By tokenizing an art collection as a group, Atrisia is setting the example for a superior formula for art acquisition. Artisia’s fractionalizing and tokenizing of art translates into an easy, secure, and transparent way of fundraising for museums, corporatations and, non-profit associations.

By joining our network, ARTZ holders become important benefactors. Each member will have the opportunity to obtain not just financial gain, but social, and emotional benefits as well. They will know their involvement in Artisia serves a higher innovative, cultural, and humanitarian purpose.

Millennials

Artisia’s Success

The internet is an increasingly popular medium for buying and selling art. Artisia’s success is based on its ability to be at the forefront of this trend.

Millennials have transformed the way we purchase every type of item by using cryptocurrencies. 64% of millennials have purchased art online using cryptocurrencies in the last two years. 70% of those who purchased art online are highly likely to do so again.

The estimated aggregate online sales figure of $4.64 billion shows an increase of 9.8% from last year. Public data available from Sotheby’s, Christie’s and Heritage Auctions show that their online growth was between 11% and 17% in 2018.

Online art sales ($ million)

Methodology: This year’s global online estimate is based on publicly available sales figures, as well as sales estimates collected from a survey of the main online art and collectible sales platforms that are mentioned in the appendix of this report. We are fully aware that these online art and collectible sales platform do not represent the entire population of online art and collectible sales businesses, and therefore, our estimates are likely to be on the conservative side.

ART ACQUISITION

As of Third Quarter 2020” Artisia has secured over $960 million in art since its legal incorporation, established during the First quarter of 2019… And this is just the beginning.

Buying Art

Investing in art is uncommon for the majority of people, unless someone is deeply interested in the Fine Arts and have all the necessary contacts. It can also be difficult for most who lack these contact and expertise,  to verify the value and authenticity of a piece of artwork. Purchasing online can compound problems when purchasing independently.

Over 70% of new art buyers are afraid of buying a fake. This is especially true when buying art online, where statistics show an increase from 52% of forged artwork in 2017 to 62% in 2018.

The blockchain brings solutions for art securities. For example: filing of verified support documentation, tracking provenance, location, and more. With more artwork being sold online, there is a greater risk that fakes, and criminal activity will increase in the online art market.

Verification Process

Every piece of artwork that is under consideration by Artisia will be carefully examined and  evaluated for authentication prior to acquisition. Artisia’s “Modus Operandi”, since its inception, has been based on strong strategic alliances.

Artisia has partners with over 15 years of experience in the art industry, and are dedicated to obtaining only the most prized, secure acquisitions. To ensuring that Artisia’s art purchases are the most secure, the company ensures the strictest mandates, matching those of the most reputable international art brokerage agencies, known art galleries, and expert art dealers.

Artisia’s third-party art scouts provide an external source of verification. This ensures that the quality, provenance, publishing, and ownership rights are all in order. Additionally, this process maximizes the value of the art acquired, for placement into ArtisiaToken’s Asset Portfolio, which, in turn, enhance the value of the ARTZ tokens.

Artisia is a fintech company that leverages the use of blockchain technology to tokenize an art collection, creating an asset class on the blockchain. ArtisiaTokens (ARTZ) are payment tokens that are backed and supported by an exclusive network of art collectors, crypto investors, and philanthropists. ARTZ is a one-of-a-kind token, that will soon transform strategically into a security token which will represent ownership in the ArtisiaToken Art Collection.

Payment Tokens are used an alternative means of payment and exchange. They are a decentralized tool for buying and selling goods and services without traditional intermediaries and have limited functions. Security Tokens are tokens that are backed by an asset. They don’t provide a service or information like payment tokens do. Security tokens provide solutions by implementing the blockchain protocols in a traditional asset class. Security tokens represent a stake in the wealth created by a third party and take their value from that party’s success or failure.

ARTZ are backed in value by an art collection that has been acquired by the company. Artisia will constantly be acquiring art to be added to the collection, building up our asset value. Security of ARTZ is simple because by having a tangible asset, everything is more controlled.

Artisia knows how important the verification is of each piece of artwork that is in our collection. Therefore, Artisia has given mandate to several third-party art acquisition agencies, galleries, and well-rooted networks in the art space.
